Garrison Brothers Distillery is the proud home of the only Texas made bourbon. Established in 2006, the Garrison family set on a mission to provide the very best bourbon for discriminating pallets. Each batch is hand crafted and aged meticulously to extract the finest flavor. Truly works of art.
The 100,000 gallon water tanks installed by Innovative Water Solutions are used to capture rainwater that helps create these masterpieces. From their website: “Each expression of Garrison Brothers Bourbon features a sweet mash bill, aged in the intense Texas climate, and proofed to perfection with pure Hill Country rainwater.”
Every bottle is hand dipped by volunteers, sealing in the uniqueness of the brand.
Garrison Brothers Distillery has received countless awards over the years, no doubt due to the nature of their methods.
They offer on site tours, host private functions and have several events throughout the year.
As each new flavor is released, cars line the street and surrounding blocks in anticipation.
Each bottle is a limited edition, that are coveted almost religiously by the bourbon community. Bonded together in spirit, the arrival of a new batch always draws a crowd. In reference to the launch of a particularly popular release: “Once the gates opened at 8 AM sharp on September 24th 2022, the newest batch of Cowboy was released to the world. Even with a crowd of hundreds waiting eagerly to taste it, every single person who came through the line was able to pick up their very own bottle of the latest batch of our Nectar Of The Gods. ”
